Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made to our courier partner at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered through our courier partners. Delivery timelines shared on the website or at order confirmation are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to courier delays, weather, location, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges on medicine orders once delivered, except where the product received is expired. 9. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
